Returns and Refunds

At FLIEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unused item to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please ensure your item is returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Because of the size of our products, unfortunately we can no offer free returns, so you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to our returns address.

Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will process your refund to your original payment card within 10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition or is damaged.

How to Return an Item

To return an unsuitable item, please follow these steps:

1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including any paperwork that came with your order.
   
2. Send it to our return address:

3. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
   
   
   
   

Faulty Items

Item faulty on arrival:
If your item arrives with a fault, please email us within 3 days of delivery, quoting your order number and delivery postcode. Include a brief description and clear photos of the fault so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Faulty after use:
If you experience a fault after you have used your item, please check if it is covered under our guarantee. Our 30 days guarantee covers manufacturing defects but does not cover general wear and tear or damage during transit (e.g., airline damage).

To help us assess your claim, please email us quoting your order number and delivery postcode. Please include a brief description and clear photos of the fault so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations, full details of which are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.
