Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returns for Change of Mind
You may return unused items within 28 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be:
Unused and in resaleable condition
Returned with all tags, protective films, manuals, accessories, and original packaging
Return postage:
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage (tracked service required).
Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your
refund.
Refund details:
Refund includes item price and standard outbound delivery charge.
Premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.
If the item is handled more than necessary, a reasonable deduction may be applied to reflect
loss in value.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of the item reaching our returns centre (may take longer during busy periods).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
Notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 3 days of delivery).
Provide:
- Order number
- Delivery postcode
- Brief description of the issue
- Clear photos
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.(This does not affect your statutory rights.)
One-Year Manufacturing Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
Covers:
- Structural issues with shells or frames
- Failures of handles, wheels, zips, internal components
- Stitching faults not caused by misuse or wear & tear
Does not cover:
- Damage from airlines, couriers, or third parties
- General wear & tear (scratches, dents, scuffs, discolouration, cosmetic marks, material
deformation, etc.) - Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, over-packing or exceeding weight limits
- Cuts, tears, exposure to heat/cold, liquids, or solvents
- Damage to locks from incorrect setting, forced opening, or misuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Consumable parts, loss, theft, or consequential loss
Remedy under warranty:
After inspection, we may repair, supply replacement parts, replace the product, or issue a partial/full refund.
Any repaired/replacement item is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to claim:
Please contact customer service with:
- Purchaser name and delivery address
- Proof of purchase
- Product model/batch number and colour
- Description of the fault
- Clear photos (and a short video for wheels/handles)
You are responsible for sending the product to our service centre.
If approved: we return the repaired/replacement item at our cost (within the UK).
If not approved: return shipping is at your cost.
Damage Caused by Airlines or Other Carriers
Carrier/Airlines handling is not covered by this warranty.
If your luggage is damaged in transit:
Report it at the carrier’s/Airline's desk before leaving the arrivals hall and obtain a written reference (e.g. Property Irregularity Report).
Submit a claim to the carrier/Airlines within their time limits (usually within 7 days for international flights).
Keep boarding passes, baggage tags, photos, and receipts.
We can provide a repair quotation or statement of materials to support your claim. Travel insurance may also cover transit damage.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.
Examples: order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement showing the transaction.
Cancelling an Order
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
We can only cancel orders before dispatch to the carrier.
If already dispatched, you may still return the item under our 28-day money-back guarantee.
